You cannot lose your passkey. You should treat this passkey as you would a private key. Padre will not be able to help you recover your passkey if you lose it.

We highly recommend you add your passkey to your mobile device or an app like 1Password so you can easily unlock trading on both desktop and mobile devices.

You need bluetooth enabled to use mobile device authenticators on Windows. If thats unavailable we recommend using a password manager like 1Password or Bitwarden to store the passkey across devices.
