Trades tab allows you to view all of the most recent transactions buying or selling the token from other traders.
This live feed of recent buy and sell transactions for the selected token offers insights into current market activity. The green "Feed is live" indicator confirms that the data is continuously updating and real-time.
Date: Shows the timestamp or how recently the trade was executed (e.g., "1s" for 1 second ago).
Tip: Displays the transaction tip (if any), which may reflect additional fees paid to speed up the transaction.
Side: Indicates whether the trade was a Buy (green) or Sell (red), allowing users to see the balance between buying and selling activity in real-time.
Price: Shows the price at which the token was traded. Users can toggle the price display between USD, SOL, ETH, or other currencies, depending on the blockchain they are using. This flexibility helps users see the trade price in the most relevant currency for their trading strategy.
Amount: Displays the quantity of the token that was traded in this transaction, giving users a sense of trade size.
Total $: Reflects the total dollar value of the transaction, indicating the monetary weight of each trade.
Total SOL/ETH: Shows the equivalent amount in the chain's native currency (e.g., SOL or ETH), based on the blockchain being used. This gives an additional perspective on the trade’s value in the native token.
Maker: Shows the wallet address of the user making the trade. A blue icon beside the wallet address denotes a Top Holder, signifying that the trader holds a significant amount of the token.
Transaction Link Icon: Located at the end of each row, this icon links directly to the transaction on the appropriate blockchain explorer (e.g., Solscan for Solana or Etherscan for Ethereum). This link allows users to view the transaction details on the blockchain, providing transparency and enabling further verification of each trade.
By selecting a specific maker (by clicking on the Filter icon), you can filter the trades to display only that holder’s buy and sell actions. Once filtered, this holder’s trades will also be marked on the price chart above, showing where they bought or sold over time. This allows users to track the trading patterns of major holders, providing insights into market movements or trends influenced by large accounts.
Price Chart Visualization:
When a holder’s trades are filtered, their buy and sell actions appear as icons (e.g., "B" for Buy, "S" for Sell) on the price chart. This visual overlay helps users understand how specific trading activities from large holders align with price movements.
The Trades Tab is a valuable tool for monitoring real-time trading dynamics, especially when analyzing the behavior of influential holders and customizing the view to see prices in different currencies.
