Questions

Where can I find my user ID?
  1. Go to the Account Overview section by clicking the person icon in the upper right corner.

  1. Your user ID is displayed just below your email or Telegram account information, labeled as "ID" - click on it to copy.

Where can I find my PNL card?
  1. Click on the Portfolio tab in the top bar:

  1. Go to Open Positions / Closed Positions tab to Position Overview on the Trading page, then click on the Trophy icon next to your profit:

  2. All set - copy and share your Padre PNL card! (it contains your ref link QR code)

I forgot my password - what now?

Unfortunately, there is no way to recover a forgotten password. For security reasons, Padre team does not have access to your password at any point - only you know it. Since all private keys to your wallet are encrypted with this password, we strongly recommend exporting your private keys and securely storing them offline. This precaution ensures you retain access to your funds even if your password is lost or forgotten.

How to change the app color scheme?

  1. Go to Settings by clicking the gear icon in upper right corner.

  2. Select the "Colors" tab in the Settings modal.

  3. Toggle on the "Lighter colors" mode to enable the lighter theme.

How to claim my $PADRE Holder transaction fee discount?
  1. Go to the Account Overview section by clicking the person icon in the upper right corner.

  2. Click the "Select your wallet" button to choose the wallet where you are holding $PADRE tokens.

  1. Select one of your wallets holding $PADRE and save the changes. The discount you’re eligible for will then appear in your Account Overview section under the expanded User ID section. You can update the designated wallet at any time by clicking the wallet name in this section.

  2. Holding $PADRE on a different wallet? Verify ownership of that wallet by signing Metamask message. Signing this request does NOT grant access to your wallet. It simply verifies that you own the wallet - no permissions, no access to your funds.

How to sign in on mobile with QR code?
  1. Go to the Account Overview section by clicking the person icon in the upper right corner.

  2. Expand Sign in on mobile section.

  3. Go to Padre PWA on your mobile and choose log in method: Scan QR code.

  4. Scan QR code from your Account Overview section to log in.

Where to find order ID?
  1. Go to Order History tab on the Token View Page.

  1. Click on Status to open a modal with order details.

  2. Click on copy icon next to the Order Summary modal title to copy order ID to your clipboard.

How to designate wallet for $PADRE holdings?

To receive revenue sharing rewards, you need to designate a wallet within the Padre app.

How to Set Your Wallet?

  1. Go to Account Overview – Click the Profile Icon (top-right) and find $PADRE Holdings section.

  2. Select Your Wallet – Choose between either one of your EVM trading wallets, or an external wallet where you hold $PADRE

  3. Verify Ownership (if using an external wallet) – Click “Verify in MetaMask” and sign the request. Signing this request does NOT grant access to your wallet. It simply verifies that you own the wallet - no permissions, no access to your funds.

  4. Save Changes – Your designated wallet is now set! You can update the designated wallet at any time by clicking the wallet name label in this section.

NOTE: - Only one wallet can be designated at a time (you can change it anytime). - Your wallet must have a non-zero balance to claim rewards.

Most common errors & warnings

Transaction timed out

Possible reasons:

  • at the moment of transaction, your wallet balance was too low to cover the size of the trade and the transaction cost

  • might happen when 2 trades are sent around the same time (e.g. a limit order triggering in the background, or sending another market trade while another one is in pending)

  • slippage tolerance was exceeded before your txn could be confirmed

Freezable accounts

When freeze authority is enabled, the token developer can block users from selling their position in that token. Be extremely cautious with tokens that have freeze authority enabled and always check Data & Security for potential red flags.

Sell Initials: Insufficient Amount

When the market price drops below your entry, your holding won't be able to cover the initial investment and you'll see this message:
