Go to the Account Overview section by clicking the person icon in the upper right corner.
Your user ID is displayed just below your email or Telegram account information, labeled as "ID" - click on it to copy.
Click on the Portfolio tab in the top bar:
Go to Open Positions / Closed Positions tab, then click on the Trophy icon next to your profit:
All set - copy and share your Padre PNL card! (it contains your ref link QR code)
Possible reasons:
at the moment of transaction, your wallet balance was too low to cover the size of the trade and the transaction cost
might happen when 2 trades are sent around the same time (e.g. a limit order triggering in the background, or sending another market trade while another one is in pending)
slippage tolerance was exceeded before your txn could be confirmed
